How many boxes will I receive for my furniture shipment? Why did I only receive a partial shipment of furniture?

This furniture set will be shipped in 3 boxes, which may arrive at different times. Please be patient as they will arrive gradually. It is normal for the boxes to arrive separately.

Why is it often the case that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?

Please follow the sequence in the instruction manual during installation. Do not tighten the screws until all screws are installed. Only tighten all screws after they are all in place to ensure proper alignment.
